Highly trained with demonstrated skill only. Spatial awareness is a key cognitive skill in eliminating physical threats. The average man outclasses even +2 sigma best women when you match up normal distributions (due to hormone diff). So these women SS better have men working with or for them to cover that capability gap. When it comes to life and death, team capability is the ONLY thing that matters.
