Yes I agree - coming from behind makes more sense because if the bullet was traveling from Trump's right side, it would've still gone into his head after clipping his right ear. Coming from either the front or the rear would give the bullet a chance to miss his head entirely.
He either had to of turned his head, or the shot came from somewhere else besides the rooftop to his right. And another thing I'm not clear on is whether the shot to his ear was the first shot. He may have turned his head because of a previous shot.

Exactly my point. I suspect when President Trump turned he was looking into the direction the shot came from.
