Also you dont take a shot in the middle of a presidential speech unless you are 100% sure. Just seeing a man on a roof is not enough.

A man with a rifle pointing in their direction and they did not bull horn him to PUT YOUR WEAPON DOWN! THROW IT TO THE GROUND. Some anons are saying it was 42 seconds that the SS was looking at him before he fired.

A civilian pointing a gun in the direction of innocent people or LE who will not drop it . . .ppl have been shot by LE for less. Just saying . . .
