Trump, even with the sniper behind him scoping out where an assassin is lurking just below the ridge line of a neighboring building, is not evacuated. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle and most telling.

Absolutely...We don't know the nature of the radio traffic at the time, But Leaving Trump up there exposed....?Lots of questions...
