Super easy. When the sniper in black is zeroed in on the other sniper in brown, his barrel is just above the short white pole on his roof. He takes one shot, maybe two but after that his barrell is pointed downward and any sniper would not be pulling the trigger randomly at that point. Sound is delayed of course as these snipers are a lot farther away that this camera zoom shows.
