Very true, which is why I said in my comment that we may not even know the true identity of the shooter yet, or maybe never will. But based on the evidence and photos we have right now I believe it's this Yearick guy, not Crooks. Funny how Yearick is being wiped from the internet right now, hmm wonder why?
