I retired as a public school teacher in 2020 after 41 years. I can remember When it was more rare and something was done about it. I worked with 2 predators who spent the rest of their (short) lives in the state prison system.

Several decades ago we noticed a few more incidents being reported that we also investigated. That was also the time you found more drugs at the Middlle Schools then High Schools. As drug dealers exploited the juvenile laws and used them as mules.
