A second shooter who IS trained missed while this kid randomly shoots at the crowd?

There are posts saying there were at least 3 shooters according to audio forensics.

In the current explanation there is a shooter and 2 snipers so 3 shooters, via audio, makes sense. If sniper 2 didn't shoot, there easily could have been a cop or other SS shooting as well.
