They will be looked after by govt in govt block housing, taking their injections, childless, using a pelaton to generate extra electricity they need when it's not sunny or windy. Some may never emerge again from their homes. Some will be able to help maintain actual communal gardens planted for the braver ones who venture out, but most will be content in their virtual reality gardens and castles with their fake visitors, fake favorite elite friends and dead pets who live with them all projected on their whole wall room extender. Nurses will visit them with meds and prognoses and they will have access to their beloved euthanasia when they get to that point. Local churches will try to do Gospel missional interventions to help people leave and start their lives afresh in normal society, but few will accept that help. Other spiritualities will abound with onscreen yogi classes, aura healing, meditation and zen activities and maybe approved church services. Eventually those facilties will simply close as their infertile in-patient days come to an end. Waiting for the movie to come out to prepare people's minds for it all.
