Closed on a 280 acre land sale yesterday, funds were wired this morning. As of an hour ago my family had zero debt, home and remaining 200 acres paid in full, and enough 25 year food from the Mormon pantry store to last us several years. Not to mention wild game, livestock, fruit trees, huge garden, solar backups, 12 volt and propane refrigeration, and more bug out spots than you can count. Bring it.
