I am looking into videos last week of Dems being asked about Biden. Manchin said “let’s wait and see what this weekend brings.” And “let’s see next week.” I heard Pelosi say this and am trying to find the video.
From the look of it, it seems they just weren't supposed to be there. If you're protecting someone you want any possible threats to be on as few sides of you as possible.. but then that doesn't make as much sense because the person taking that video was just on the other side of that low fence, and they were not asked to move. So I guess I don't really have a great explanation, just that I disagree with the speculation that it was to allow the shooter a clearer shot.
