Plus, the ballistics test shows the bullet was from a much longer range (over 400 yards away). Link is live at the moment so you'll have to scroll back to get the full story.

This means there was another shooter, and the guy on the roof was a patsie. there were multiple eyewitnesses say there was a second shooter - on the water tower.
