Tensions are running high after an out-of-town police officer fatally shot an individual early Tuesday afternoon near the RNC perimeter security in Milwaukee, according to local law enforcement sources, per the MilwaukeeJournal Sentinel.

Why kill a guy with a knife? Just shoot him in the leg, or something. Kill by overkill.

Ever try shooting a target the size of a leg? Miss then projectile hits what? The ground or wall and changes direction.
