Me - amateur - head shot at 150 yd I'd give a 75% chance of hitting with a kill, with a bag rest (I'm not the steadiest shot), and when at the range, rested, ready, not on a hot roof knowing about to get killed either way. Trump was lucky (or God helped by supplying a dipshit or what have you) but not in the "head turn/twitch" theory.
