That roof was practically flat as the slope was so shallow. If USSS is using slope as an excuse for not placing a member of Trump's security there, then that's a total lie. The picture shows there is no problem standing on that roof. Investigative journalist George Webb is saying there was a second shooter on the water tower near the complex.
