I never noticed that door before you said so. Very plausible too. Although I feel like a window might be easier to hide and people would spot a door more easily. But who knows with all the distraction above. And yeah it seems like if they wanted to hit him they would from anywhere. But just grazing the ear?...that does seem intentional in a way and wouldn't that take a lot of skill in itself? Crazy stuff.
