Just make sure you do not go to Memphis. My neighbor is a truck driver, and they go that way all the time.

We went to eastern TN last year.

Beautiful.

The housing market there is crazy now. They are selling way beyond what prices should be.

I am waiting for it to settle.

I have an agent that Banjoman is friends with and already mortgage approved.

I am too old to be doing this now.
