It seems the school had a little problem with a pervert teacher groping a student a while back and, while little Davey Bodhast wasn't the groper, he was named in the lawsuit in his capacity as a school board member. Was the board notified of the pedophile problem and refused to ensure the safety of the students? Just a question, a theory, I don't know, but if anyone wants to dig further into little Davey here, feel free.
