It appears prominently in the Redacted video. Add: They think it was the hydraulics.

They are wrong. If it had hit a hydraulic line fluid would have spewed everywhere. It hit the top corner of the railing. High velocity lead glancing off of metal will cause a dust signature just like you see in the video.
