Federal appeals court blocks all of Biden's student loan debt handout plan

A federal appeals court issued a ruling on Thursday that blocks the Biden administration from continuing to implement all of its student loan handout plan.

"U.S. District Judge Daniel Crabtree in Wichita, Kansas, blocked the U.S. Department of Education from implementing parts of a student loan repayment plan not already in effect that cuts borrowers' monthly payments and provides a faster path to have debts forgiven."

"That ruling last month by U.S. District Judge John Ross in St. Louis had blocked the department from granting further loan forgiveness under the administration's Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan but had not blocked all of the plan."

So here's the real kicker: On August 1, 2013, President Barack Obama nominated Crabtree to serve as a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Ross (last month's ruling) was nominated by President Barack Obama in December 2010.

TLDR: Both Crabtree (Thursday's ruling) and Ross (last month's ruling) were nominated by Obama. So any lib friends you have that are reeeeeee'ing over this can thank Obama and stop blaming Repubs.
