I've been waiting to see what that 4:49 might indicate, but the 19th as well. I read this article https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/07/widespread-it-outages-reported-across-globe-major-us/ and has a bunch of timestamps from social posts in different time zones so its hard to tell. Seems like it probably happened before 4:49 est but I'm guessing at best
