This could also be disinformation purposefully being put out there to create fear, elevate the perception of a scare event, Precipice, etc.

I don't doubt that there are all sorts of bad hombres/actors coming across. But I don't know why I should trust this guy.

That being said, I am prepared. And, I've sort of given up trying to guess what's next.
