Just checked the video, that most definitely is the woman I was talking about. That woman flashed a tiny little smile the moment the first shot was fired and slides down in her seat and starts filming. Now is she the same woman in the picture? I have no idea.

I highly doubt a person starts taking selfies the moment shots are fired into the crowd, she was filming trump. She was trying to get "the shot".
