It's almost as if the shooter was waiting for that moment in the speech, because it would have made a good headline. If the shooter was watching his target, why did he fire AFTER the head turn, it's almost like he was locked on target for some time, waiting for the words to be said more than what was happening in front of him.
So the question is, if this is true and not a coincidence, how did he know the words ahead of time?

He didnt wait for the head turn the bullet was fired and his head turned just as it reached him. It has nothing to do with his words the shooter just shot period.
