It's basically a Nazi regime (corporate government) pushed by Paperclip goons and boosted by GHW Bush. We the People lost our government early on, without being aware of it. We will need to figure out how to keep it this time around, along with the advent of AI and the inhabitants of interstellar space, which are even more challenging. Divine guidance will be needed.
