Hamas was created by Israel as an alternative to the existing Palestinian government at the time.

ISIS was created/funded etc by our own Intelligence agencies (MCCain etc.) to counter Russia in Syria.

They are all a bunch of ideological nut cases that can be bought and manipulated.
