If there was indeed a shooter on the water tower, I am leaning towards that shooter being the clean up crew. His job was to make sure the shooter was dead. Dead men tell no tales.

But we have zero information. There has been no comment on which sniper fired the shot that took out the rooftop shooter or if they even fired their weapons at all. Ballistics data is not forthcoming.

These people complain about the conspiracy theories but in the information vacuum they have created, what do they expect? In the absence of answers people will seek out their own. And when the investigators are known liars even their answers demand questions.
