I’ve thought from the first day that crooks was the diversion. He made sure that everyone in the whole rally saw him. I’m with you. Crooks got the eyes, window got the shot, and water tower was fail safe. Heck, there were probably contingencies in place on the ground in case Crooks chickened out or got confronted before he got into position.
