I recommend the book first, then watch the movie. Tom Clancy is incredible, or better yet start with the first Jack Ryan series, my favorite has to be “The Cardinal of the Kremlin”. The book “Sum of All Fears” needed a disclaimer added to the book because it went into such detail about how an Atomic bomb is built that people were expressing alarm.
The Sum of All Fears is a great movie, I recommend it.

It's not a song. It's a solo aria from the opera Turandot. They don't sing songs in opera, they sing parts. That's why you can't find it as a song

I remember seeing a post referencing the mass reckoning in one of the Godfather movies. I think the end of The Sum of all Fears has a similar ending.
