If God created everything, that includes all the other billions (or trillions) of earthlike planets in the universe and all their species of intelligent beings
There are now estimated to be at least two trillion galaxies, each on average containing about 100 billion stars, each of which is thought to have at least one planet—often many more.
With over [2 x 10 to the 23rd] planets, it's easy to estimate a few more might exist with perfect conditions for life to flourish like Earth. If their inhabitants require saving, then Jesus gets to exercise his God nature and be in multiple places at once, saving multiple species of intelligent beings. I don't see how it would be beyond his capability.
