DNC hasn’t had their convention yet to officially name their candidate, so Biden really isn’t official anyways. How can the ballots already be printed?

Federal ballots are printed AFTER both conventions have convened, so this doesn’t make sense.

I think people are talking about the fake ballots already printed up. They'll be no good now. That's part of it.
