The Italian government has banned solar PV installations on agricultural land in a move that observers said could cost Italy €60 billion.

'Could' cost them 60 billion - in other words you'll extort 60 billion from them to recoup your green pork losses.

The cities are the energy consumers. Clad every last available square inch in cities with the fucking things if they're that effective.
