Dual citizens at birth are not eligible to the presidency because they are not natural born citizens; they grow up with dual loyalties (as Obama did) and this was specifically rejected by John Jay, whose suggestion entered the Constitution as such. We've also never tested those in court who say the Constitution's repeated use of "he" requires a man.
