Biden has not been seen since the supposed drop out. We dont even know whats really going on right now. Does Kamala by default become the nominee or do they hold another election? If Kamala is in by default, this is exactly what you call an installed pick.
I think Democrats have super delegates that can pick anyone like them. Obama does not want Harris, and he is the puppet master, according to Joe.
Its delegates that will vote. If there is no majority vote then the super delegates vote with them until they get a winner. They could honestly use this to stall to me. Hold out on an agreement.
