Not challenging you just deeply curious about this stuff;

What are your sources for the ROE you claim?
Are you sure it's FBI HRT? My understanding is it was always USSS CAT providing presidential level security at all times, with the possibility of SOF; SEALs, Green Beret, Delta, etc.

IDK if SOF are allowed to even provide dignitary security on US Soil or if that violates Posse Comitatus....?
