Could be both. The photos of the dead 20-year-old show no shells around him. He may have been taken out before he got off a shot.

I think yes. And, I think the kid never even got off any shots, but the guys in the window got him in the back of the head and they did the real shots.

I agree. Also, why is the blood on his neck bright red- fresh, and the blood on his face looks brown- dry? And the blood on a "hot" metal roof is red and not brown?
