IMHO, when Obama thinks the time is right to get rid of KH, and pull the old switcheroo, he will give the media the signal, they will go after her to drum up support, so it seems like her stepping down is organic. Obama, like always will stay a million miles away from that issue, for the sake of optics. He can't afford to be the one potting the finger at Kamal for fear of the media questioning his birthright citizenship, or rather the lack of it.
