Dual purpose directive: 1) delegates powers away from Buyden (short term); 2) delegates powers away from Trump and keeps power centralized with [them] if he doesn't rescind this on his first day as POTUS47 (long term).

They're hoping we didn't notice and hoping against hope that Trump won't do anything about it, or some [DS] plants are able to keep these powers away from him.

The DS can delegate as much power from the POTUS as much as they want, their control ends when the US Corporation falls forever.

When the US Corporation financially collapses, Republic of the United States from 1776 to 1871 gets re-established as the Supreme law of the land.

Donald Trump was the last lawfully elected POTUS of the US Inc. The last lawfully elected POTUS of the US Republic was Ulysses S. Grant.

Trump will be the 19th (45-47 US Inc) US President.
