Stance is no woman pastors but they can take up offerings, give prayer during the service, stand in on a temporary basis for Bible classes in the event of absence but not as a permanent or long term situation and only then using the material that was already being used by the regular teacher. Among other things, they can teach women-only classes, children, help and organize non-teaching aspects of events, and so on.
