She didn't do anything without the covering of the male ked USA. Britain hasn't done anything without the USA since the 1800s. Britain has been feminized for a long while. under Queen Elizabeth. Hopefully they will bounce back under a King. Thatcher was a prop in my opinion. She allowed the monarchs to continue to bleed Britain.
