Did anyone see any brass around the shooter, I didn't. But it's hard to tell with that roof, and video didn't show up by his head.

The video did have a decent view of that water tower though. Pretty clear image, best I've seen so far in any video. Too bad all the other video's where it appears there maybe someone up there, the videos are horrible.
