Well from what I've observed, it appears to me Soros may have called it first. Then various other people reinforced the message in their own ways and others made adjustments to their plans and schedules to logistically help with moving the assets in or out of the way so the chances of success could be increased.
I would suggest that an assassination plot like this was war-gamed years ago so that players understood what their part of the overall script would be (even the patsy appears to have been setup for his role over the past few years). So the word to deploy was given when Trump announced an event within a favorable area of the country, and when they recognized through internal polling that Joe Biden had no chance of pulling off a believable steal this time (much less actually winning).
Everyone involved in the plot likely has some dark skeletons that will come out if Trump is elected for a third time. Thus the motivation is very high for each player to succeed at all costs.

Single digit bills ( 1st number) equal 7. Double digit bills (2nd number) read them as displayed, left to right— 01+02+10= 13, 7/13, the date of the assassination. Keep in mind that #45 could have been used, any other combination of denominations of bills could have been used, most people arrange the bills by denomination and facing the same direction. My theory is that this was a signal to the DS so they could watch the “money shot” live. Also, keep in mind other items could have been used to signal Trump, red hat, Trump profile, jersey with #45. I’m sure it’s all a coincidence, AS visiting Biden White House/Delaware over a dozen times. Democrats saying to wait until the weekend. NH changing her mind about the RNC right before the attempt. Quietly identify whom was most influential in picking that venue on that day.
Setup an internal sting operation on them (one only trump would be in on) and see if they go for it.
Otherwise, I don't really know unless they can track the suspected person's communications and travel history over the past 10 months.
Its a lot more than that. The Q team has access to all surveillance there is and so they will document not just the person who picks the venue, but every person who was involved in the planning, came up with ideas, got connected to the shooter, pulled strings with the USSS etc. Everything.
