Hi All,
I've posted periodically on here about the various avenues that I have been utilizing to fight government corruption. They've mostly been prayer requests for big days (ie when I had to make speeches, go to court, etc). I want to thank you for all your prayers over the years. I do believe that I am on a mission from God and that your prayers have helped to protect and empower me.
My latest attempt is to force Scott Wiener and many more out of the State Senate for working unlawfully without oaths and bonds. I put a lot of work into filing this Notice of Legal Violation: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Redacted-Notice-of-Legal-Violations-to-Senate-Committee.pdf.
But the reality is that the Senate Committee won't make them take an oath/procure a bond. It is up to "we the people" to create a public humiliation campaign to force Scott Wiener and the others to resign.
I am excited about this strategy because it is non-partisan. Most liberals shut off when you say Wiener is corrupt. In this strategy, even a liberal will ask "well, why won't you sign a promise to uphold the state and federal constitutions?"

For those who would prefer audio over reading, here is a podcast that I was interviewed on last week: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2804.
Please spread the word and also please continue to pray that me and my family are protected as the truth of the corruption comes out. Thank you!
I talked about this at the end of the podcast. If our system worked like it was supposed to, the sheriff would immediately arrest each one of the people without oaths and the State Attorney General would prosecute. But our system is corrupt, and all these corrupt people protect one another. It is infuriating.
That is why I think the only real remedy we have is public humiliation. We need an army of people to march into Wiener's office and the other offices and demand that they sign and oath or resign. Then each one of them post the videos to social media. Then everyone will see that these people are intentionally refusing to promise to uphold the law. And hopefully they will also understand that the people letting them get away with it are corrupt, too!!!!
Personally, I wish that violating the oath, that is taken voluntarily and of their own free will (and or the office they spent fighting to get); should come with a harsh (as in lethal) penalty when intentionally violated.
Otherwise (or as currently set) the Oath of Office is nothing but a meaningless ritual, like throwing a pebble into the ocean. It's a requirement, but a pointless ritual, that is merely a tradition. Time was when one's integrity was the standard by which a person was judged.
Today, you can outright lie to Congress, fabricate evidence, deliver manufactured "evidence" to the home of a private citizen, and then charge them with theft. And the person, after proving the entire "lawfare" exercise was fake, cannot retaliate against his attackers.
If the penalty for violating office was a rope, a tree and a promise of 24 hours as a wind chime, and another 24 hours as a bird feeder - you would see a rush of resignations - followed by a scrutinization of every bill, as each individual would know their fate if they broke the Oath.
What you described is the way the system is supposed works. But the system has been corrupted and does not work like it is supposed to.
Not taking an oath is a 3-year prison sentence. Treason of Oath is much more severe, up to death. This is why they don't oaths.
