There was a picture way back when of President Trump at his desk in the oval office. He was flanked by military leaders, advisors etc. 9 on one side of him and 11 on the other.

I don't know that there's any "coincidence" between 45-47 and 9/11. If anything, there's too many differences.

However, I believe this hat to mean him being POTUS from 45 through 47, meaning 3 terms as CiC.
