I think it is entirely plausible it is Hillary. Hulk Hogan at the RNC with the "Let's get ready to rumble!" themes. Circles back to where it all began. Plus the delta that started it all I October (Red October/October surprises?)

My theory is the "Presidential Immunity" is Hillary's dangling carrot for her last chance to get out of her crimes. She has to take it. And she can fix it so she does. Plus her ego would never allow Kamala to be the first "woman". Then as you mentioned, Q's first post ever is about her arrest on 10/30. Which I believe happens 5 days before the Election. There is also the "RAW VID DROP" HRC +++ + +++++. And those pluses probably mean: "and a child".
