Fuck them. You shake hands how you want. If they are intimidated by your handshake, that's their problem. Jesus from thumbs up to the A-ok thumb and forefinger, these people just need to be intimidated and offended by everything but themselves. If we ever meet, feel free to shake my hand however you feel fit. I'll even wash them for you.
