This is a very confusing clip for me. Fix what? No wonder the left has taken this, interpreted it for their groupies, and been able to run with it. I don't understand it, and I am totally 100% Trump.

I think he is saying the country will be fixed and they won't need to vote after that because he can't have a third term. I think it was suppose to be a joke about the evangelical community not always going out to vote in elections.
