I have been blessed enough to have been able to attend some great services given by some great Christian pastors. The foundation they gave me when I was a young believer has been invaluable throughout my life.
Most churches today either live stream their services or they have them available for streaming at a later time.
Harvest does this as does Calvary Chapel Diamond Bar, with Raul Reese as does Calvary Chapel Chino Hills with Jack Hibbs.
Thank you for sharing this. Not so big on streamlining as going to church in person and being a closer community.
I, too, prefer to be in person but there are times when you just can't get to church due to weather or other issues so I just thought I'd throw that option out there for others.
It's always great to be there with other believers and just feel the warmth of the event.
Have a good day, my NDN brotha!
I can understand that and have no issues for those cases.
If you look at the technology today people rather text then go in person or even call. I refused to text and my children and grandchildren can either speak with me in person or on the phone. At least I can hear their voices. As a parent by hearing theor voices you can hear if theya re really ok or just claiming to be ok. Then you know to be on standby if they need to speak with you.
And we have had gatherings outisde where we spoke for hours about God and the creation and spirituality. The time flew buy and everyone left with a greater understanding and we all felt like family.
Problem is people get lazy and quickly and it can become a way of life.
Thank you and you have a great day also. in lakota we have the word Mitakuye Oyasin which means we are all related. And the word Lakota translates to Ally or Friend. The French called us the Sioux which translates into little snakes. We are not to thrilled with the French.
