I agree. It's just Biden on a good morning, with sleep and meds. His gait is not so much a walk as a tramp, as he lifts his knees higher than with a regular stride. His arms barely move in coordination with his legs. The pilot clearly recognizes him.

People who try to nit-pick over trifling variations in behavior are doomed to chase noise, thinking it is signal. I have a problem with dizziness and sometimes my stride is normal and sometimes it is defensive.
