Dr. Matthew Palmer CAUGHT manipulating the CERES radiation data for the IPCC reports. He reversed the sign from + to - of the shortwave and long wave flux, thus reversing the atmospheric anomaly trends in the IPCC graphs (showing alarming but fake heat absorption data). THIS IS FRAUD.
